Commercial & Retail
The client purchased this circa-1920 warehouse building with the vision of creating a home for six local radio station studios and general operations. The design of the project draws upon the art deco aesthetics suggested by the original structure, combined with the concept of a “Radio Theatre”. The resultant exterior design provides an enhanced street presence and significant exposure for the radio broadcasting studios, fulfilling a vital economic component of the client’s goals.
