New Multi Family Project
Waikaloa is a multi-family development located in an upslope community on the south side of the big island of Hawaii. The design of the project was inspired by the industrial structures of the sugarcane industry once prominent on all of the Hawaiian Islands.
There are a variety of units intended for retired individuals or couples and affordable worker housing which is in short supply on the Big Island. There are a variety of units from 2 bedroom 2 bath units to studio flats and carriage houses. The use of studio units is a first for this developer.
