Potable Water Purification System, harvested rainwater is cleaned and purified through a multistep treatment system to provide potable water demands for the property.
Control room for the PV system including batter backup.
PV array and battery backup provide for 100% power needs at the property

Water Conservation Features include ultra-low flow toilets and EPA Water sense faucets
Energy Conservation Features include solar water heater. Water Management includes controlling surface flow of storm water through the property and into a storage swell where the water can be used or will recharge back into the groundwater system.
Mechanical Assist for Natural Ventilation, Big Ass Fans were used to provide cost effective energy efficient ventilation on days when there is minimal natural winds.
