Rhonda was asked to join the Board of Directors for the New Hawaiian Home, a demonstration project by the BIA. Rhonda was asked to spearhead the sustainability features of the project and ensure that the project reach LEED Certification as well as the dual certification of the National Green Building Standard. Rhonda provided public workshops and lectures as well as private educaitonal sessions at the BIA for contractors.
